Good morning, Warriors,
I hope this message finds you well! As we approach the final two weeks of the marking period, I want to take a moment to encourage all of our students and families to stay focused and committed to finishing strong. The marking period officially ends on Friday, January 24th, and this is a critical time to ensure that all assignments are completed and that students are giving their best effort in every class.
This week’s “P2” (Positivity Project) theme is Prudence, which reminds us of the importance of planning for the future and making thoughtful decisions in the present. Prudence is about setting goals, working hard, and persevering, even when things feel challenging. It’s an excellent reminder for all of us as we encourage our students to finish this marking period “Warrior Strong!”
Here are a few ways you can help support your child during these next two weeks:
- Check Parent Portal: Stay informed about your student’s grades and assignments.
- Encourage a Healthy Routine: Rest, nutrition, and time management can make a big difference during busy weeks.
- Communicate with Teachers: If your child has questions or concerns, remind them to reach out to their teachers for clarification or support.
- Celebrate Effort: Acknowledge and celebrate the hard work your student is putting in.
We are incredibly proud of the effort and dedication our students have shown so far this year, and we are here to support them every step of the way. Let’s work together to make this a strong finish to the marking period!
