Marking Period Reminder:
The second marking period ends this Friday, January 24th. Let’s encourage our students to finish the marking period Warrior Strong by staying focused and giving their best effort this week!
Early Dismissal on Friday, January 24th
Please note that there will be an early dismissal at 11:20 am on Friday, January 24th. Be sure to plan accordingly for your child’s transportation and after-school arrangements.
P2 Theme of the Week: Perseverance
This week, we are focusing on the importance of perseverance—sticking with challenges and seeing them through to the end. We encourage students to reflect on how they can demonstrate perseverance both in and out of the classroom.
Attendance and Punctuality
Attendance and punctuality are essential for every student’s success. Regular, on-time attendance is the strongest predictor of academic achievement and helps students build essential routines for long-term success.
- Our expectation: Students arrive on time and attend all scheduled classes.
- Need support? If you’re facing challenges in keeping your child engaged or on time, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Both our Guidance Office and I are here to provide assistance and ensure your child is on the path to success.
Tech Reminders
To support students in being prepared and connected, please review the following technology reminders:
- Chromebooks: Must be shut down each day and fully charged overnight.
- Schoology: Students should check the update tab on their teachers’ Schoology pages daily for important announcements and information.
- School Email: Students should check their school email daily to stay informed and up-to-date.
