Dear Chenango Valley Community,

In May, the Chenango Valley Board of Education voted unanimously to hire Vaughan Baio & Partners to conduct an impartial investigation into specific allegations involving students and concerns of broader cultural issues at our high school. The investigation channels were open for anyone who wanted to come forward to be interviewed anonymously.  

The law firm recently completed a report with findings from the investigation. A report of the investigation’s findings can be found on the CV website: www.cvcsd.stier.org/Investigation.aspx. Please note that there were redactions made for various reasons, including, but not limited to, protecting identities of students and student records.

The Chenango Valley Board of Education will be working with district administration to create an action plan to address the findings in the report.
