Dear Chenango Valley High School Families, 

The Chenango Valley Central School District is deeply saddened to share the news of the loss of one of our high school students. We are working closely with the family during this difficult time.

We understand that this is difficult news for our students, faculty, and staff to process. During this time, we encourage everyone to lean on one another for support and to seek out counseling or other resources if needed. Counselors and services are available through our guidance office. If someone is in immediate need of support outside of school hours, we ask that you please call the UHS Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) at 607-762-2302.

This is an incredibly difficult time for our community, and our thoughts and condolences go out to the family and loved ones of the student. We ask that you respect the privacy of the family during this difficult time and that we come together as a community to offer our condolences and support.
