CV HIGH SCHOOL YEARBOOK OR SENIOR AD PURCHASING INFORMATION
(2022-23 SCHOOL YEAR)
If you’d like to purchase a 2023 CV High School Yearbook or Senior Ad:
The cost of a Yearbook is $50.00 and ad prices vary depending on the size.
YEARBOOK SENIOR PORTRAIT REQUIREMENTS:
Formal Head and Shoulder portrait. Formal attire is recommended but not required.
Portraits may NOT include hats, props, cap and gown, or full body shots.
Background color: “Moonlight Blue”
All photos must be submitted in digital form by September 30, 2022.
Note: We will accept late photos but if you haven’t done so yet, please book a senior portrait appointment today!
THREE WAYS TO SUBMIT YOUR SENIOR PHOTOS:
Have your photo taken by Upstate Images and they will send in your photo to the yearbook for you.
EMAIL your photo (that meets the requirements listed above) to Ms. Krawczyk: [email protected]
Please make sure that they are high-resolution images. Include the student’s first and last name in the email.

If you plan on using Upstate Images, please use the contact information below to make your senior photo appointment. THERE IS NO COST FOR THE BASIC YEARBOOK PICTURE!
You may use another photographer if you choose. The pictures need to be high-resolution digital format, of professional quality, and meet the portrait requirements listed above.
Dear Class of 2023,
We are excited to announce that we are partnering with Upstate Images as our recommended senior photographer for the class of 2023. CV chose to recommend a photographer to streamline the process of obtaining every senior’s preferred portrait for the yearbook. This helps us to create senior portrait pages that are consistent & look great now and in the years to come. In addition, there is no cost to you for a “Yearbook Only” session with the photographer.

Upstate Images photographers will be offering senior portraits at their studio located at 13 Beech St, Johnson City, NY 13790.

What is required for the yearbook:
A formal head and shoulder portrait on a traditional blue background.
If you wish to use a tux or drape, Upstate Images will have it available to borrow.
Sittings include (Sitting fees are prepaid online when the session is booked.):
Yearbook only – This sitting is no charge and includes 4 images on a traditional background. This session is available only by calling 855-773-3321 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)
Platinum - $35 sitting fee – Sitting includes 25-30 images - the traditional yearbook attire + Cap & Gown + 3 casual outfits of your choice and multiple background choices.
Gold - $25 sitting fee - Sitting includes up to 20 images - the traditional yearbook attire + Cap & Gown + 2 casual outfits of your choice and multiple background choices.
Silver - $15 sitting fee - Sitting includes up to 15 images - the traditional yearbook attire + Cap & Gown + 1 casual outfit of your choice and multiple background choices.
AFTER your session:
You will receive a QR code with access to your images on the day of your session.
Your image gallery will be available within 24 hours of your session.
You will need to view your gallery and select your yearbook choice for the senior section of the yearbook.
Packages, graduation announcements, etc. may be ordered online.
