Letters to Families Regarding Remote Learning


Seesaw: All of our pre-K - grade 2 classroom teachers will be using the Seesaw app for sharing activities and lessons with their classes. You will receive an access code from your classroom teacher.
 
Zoom: Our teachers are using the Zoom video conferencing platform for face-to-face meetings with their students. You do not need an account with Zoom to participate. You will receive a meeting link from your teacher to join.

Try to create a model to show where water is located on the Earth.  Use a globe/map if you can find one and draw or use anything you have permission to use at home to create a model of where water forms on the Earth. 
 
Read or listen to the story and attempt to do at least one Earth-friendly activity from the story this week or go outside and notice all of the wonderful things the Earth provides us.
 
*If sharing a response to our fun science lab activities, please be sure to include each of the following:

  • Your teacher’s name and what grade you are in

The Broome County Legislature invites all Broome County K-12 students to take part in its “Veterans of Distinction” art project. The deadline to submit the artwork is Friday, May 15, 2020.
