Ms. Jessica Carl began teaching first grade in the Union-Endicott Central School District in 2014 and remained there until accepting the role of principal at Port Dickinson Elementary. In her years at UE, she has served on numerous building and district leadership teams and spearheaded initiatives to strengthen the school community, most recently organizing an inaugural Block Party for students, staff, and families. Ms. Carl has a strong background in literacy and the arts and hopes to share these passions as she transitions into her new role.

Ms. Carl shares the district’s mission of inspiring, engaging, and empowering all students to achieve their full potential. She’s excited to work alongside the team at Port Dickinson to ensure that our youngest Warriors are equipped with the tools needed to succeed in school and beyond! She has thoroughly enjoyed her first experiences as a Warrior and looks forward to continued opportunities to meet and get to know all school community members!
