Sex Offender Notifications

Sex Offender Notifications and Information

At Chenango Valley, we maintain regular communications with local law enforcement authorities as we work together to keep our students safe. Pursuant to the NYS Sex Offender Registration Act, otherwise known as "Megan's Law," the Broome County Sheriff's Department provides us with information on registered sex offenders moving to, or residing in our district. As we receive this information, we will make every effort to mail notifications home and/or post the information on this webpage.
