Jennifer Ostrander joined the Chenango Valley family as Building Principal of Chenango Valley High School in July 2018. Prior to working at CV, she was a high school assistant principal at Maine-Endwell for three years. She was also a music teacher in the Union-Endicott School District for 15 years.
Mrs. Ostrander holds Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam. She received her Certificate of Advanced Study from Binghamton University, and is currently enrolled in the EdD program for Educational Theory, Research and Practice at Binghamton University.
Mrs. Ostrander lives in Apalachin with her family and enjoys playing with and training her German Shepherds, Ava and Bruce.
Mrs. Ostrander is a passionate building leader who believes all students can succeed in whatever endeavor they take on. She will work hard to inspire, engage, and empower each student at Chenango Valley.
