Thank you to Dr. Tanya Pellettiere for sharing a webinar presentation on "Flexible Strategies During Inflexible Times" on October 26.
This informative presentation was open to parents/guardians, educators and community members via Zoom. Dr. Pellettiere discussed ways to be flexible with routines and schedules, as well as thinking, to help model adaptability and resilience for our children. This is particularly relevant during these unprecedented times that may require constant adjustments.
Dr. Pellettiere also noted that while we are all in the same "storm" not everyone has the same "boat" or resources, an important consideration to keep in mind.
In addition, Dr. Pellettiere provided time for participants to ask any questions they had regarding this topic.
