First graders were busy with a heartwarming writing initiative, creating classroom booklets on "How to Spread Joy." During the December 11 caregiver event, they worked with family members on several joy-spreading activities, such as crafting calendars, cards, and puzzles that will be shared with local nursing home residents. The event ended with everyone gathering in the hallway to sing festive tunes, with Mrs. Ehrensbeck on the guitar!
