Chenango Valley High School students Ellie Lamoreaux, Arin Miller, Julia Vazquez, and Kenna Wales, led by Mr. Wilson, played a key role in creating an amazing Southern Tier-themed mural inside the GHS Federal Credit Union's Front Street branch. This collaborative project also included students from Oxford High School in Chenango County and Owego Free Academy in Tioga County, with each group contributing symbols representative of their respective counties to the collective artwork. The project not only showcased their artistic talents but also highlighted community engagement. The completed mural officially debuted at a ceremony on June 24. Fantastic job to everyone involved!
This new piece adds to the showcase of Chenango Valley High School student artists at the facility. Last year, CV students created a mural at the entrance. More information on last year's mural can be found
