Physical Exam Opportunity for CV Students Entering Grades 7-12

Attention Chenango Valley Families of Students Entering Grades 7-12 for the 2025-2026 School Year!

If your student will be entering grades 7–12 and plans to participate in sports at Chenango Valley next year, now is the perfect time to schedule their physical. This one exam will meet the requirement for all three seasons (fall, winter, and spring) during the 2025–2026 school year.

Physical Exam Requirements for All Students Entering Grades 7, 9, and 11:

New York State requires all students entering grades 7, 9, and 11 to have a current physical on file, regardless of their participation in sports. By signing up for a physical now, you’ll not only meet this requirement but ensure your student is prepared for athletic participation throughout the school year.

Details of UHS Physical Exams at Chenango Valley:

  • Date: Thursday, May 29, 2025
  • Scheduling: Physicals will be conducted by UHS during the school day, ideally during a study hall or free period to minimize class disruption.

Parents/caregivers must sign up by Wednesday, May 28, for students to receive a physical at CV on Thursday, May 29.
