In collaboration with the Broome County Health Department, eligible community members, including those who are at least 5 years old and have parent/guardian permission, will have the opportunity to receive COVID-19 vaccinations at Chenango Valley High School on Wednesday, December 15, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. We are offering this voluntary vaccination clinic as we have with past H1N1 and Flu Clinics as a convenience for our community.
The clinic is free. Pre-registration is suggested.
- Pfizer Vaccine (Two Doses): The Pfizer vaccine is available to those who are 5 and older. Individuals under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent/guardian.
**For children under the age of 18, a parent/guardian must be present to provide consent.**

Please bring a form of photo identification. Vaccine fact sheets and further directives are also available through the registration link above.
The vaccinations will be provided in the Chenango Valley High School cafeteria (221 Chenango Bridge Road). Please enter through the main security entrance at the front of the building (located near CV District Office).
