On October 18, Mrs. Lusht’s first-grade class had a “Pumpkin Day”! They carved open a pumpkin and counted the seeds inside. Students did lots of pumpkin seed math and writing activities! They even got to carve a Jack-o-lantern using different shapes for the eyes and nose!
