Jared Campbell Shares Messages of Kindness and Respect Through Music

On November 7, Jared Campbell, an award-winning musician who originated from our local area, visited Port Dickinson Elementary and Chenango Bridge Elementary to share his important messages about respect and kindness.

Jared Campbell's songs are more than just music; they are messages about life. He sings about being a good friend, taking control of your actions, standing up to bullies, and embracing respect in a way that gets both students and adults dancing and singing along.

This visit was especially meaningful this week because it matched the Positivity Project (P2) theme at the schools: bravery. Bravery isn't just about being fearless; it's also about perseverance and trying your best, even when difficult. Campbell's stories of personal challenges and victories inspired the students, showing that bravery is a part of following your dreams.

During his visit, Campbell encouraged the children to be brave in their own lives, whether making new friends, trying new things, or standing up for what's right. The hope is that Campbell's music and message will stick with the students, helping them to grow further as courageous and kind individuals.
