How can feedback help educators to expand educational opportunities in their classrooms? This was the topic of discussion during “Warrior Learners” workshops held on November 18.
Led by Chenango Valley Assistant Superintendent Mrs. Michelle Feyerabend, elementary and secondary faculty members reviewed the benefits of using feedback constructively to help students succeed.
For part of the workshop, participants were tasked with working in groups to brainstorm ways that feedback from individuals such as peers, coaches, students and administrators could be effective in growing as an educator.
The objective of Warrior Learners is to help provide various support and mentorship resources for Chenango Valley Central School District educators, especially those who are newer to the district.
