In lieu of the traditional Senior Walk through Chenango Valley school buildings, Chenango Valley High School hosted a Senior Parade on June 12.

The parade started outside of Port Dickinson Elementary, where most of the seniors began their primary education. They then, in their own vehicles, made their way to Chenango Valley High School while being cheered on by elementary teachers, family and community members along their journey. Upon entering the Chenango Valley Middle School/High School campus, the seniors received more accolades including some of their former and current teachers showing the seniors their pride and support outside of the school building. In addition, each senior received a donut and rose.

This celebration was part of the high school’s events to honor our seniors. More information will be shared on other activities/events planned.
