Chenango Valley Middle School eighth grade students had the chance to explore future career opportunities during the first annual SPARK event held at SUNY Broome on January 22.
Among approximately 2,000 eighth graders from around the area in attendance, Chenango Valley students were able to learn about a wide variety of professions in industries such as STEM, business and healthcare.
This event was put on in partnership with the Greater Binghamton Education Outreach Program, Broome-Tioga BOCES, Broome-Tioga Workforce, SUNY Broome, the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce and The Agency.
