Next, Mrs. Hall invited volunteers Ms. Lawrence, Ms. VanLuvender and Mrs. Danglli to share a demonstration using their creativity. They were presented miscellaneous craft supplies and asked to make anything they wished. Ms. Lawrence made a necklace, Mrs. Danglli made a hat and Ms. VanLuvender made a belt!

In addition, Port Dickinson Elementary students had the chance to learn about the story “Sky Color” by Peter H. Reynolds. In the story, the main character learned that creativity can help you to see the world in a whole new way, opening up vast possibilities.

Students were encouraged to keep being using creativity as inspiration in their daily lives.
