On December 16, Chenango Valley Assistant Superintendent Michelle Feyerabend led a “Warrior Learners” workshop including a mid-year check-in. The workshop discussed items participants have learned so far from the program, as well as what they would like to continue learning more about in the future.
Discussions included programs that teachers have been able to implement in their classrooms, along with what they would eventually like to implement more of. Participants also shared questions and talked about ways the district can continue to provide assistance through programs such as “Warriors Learners” and other professional development opportunities.
The goal of “Warrior Learners” is to help provide various support and mentorship resources for Chenango Valley Central School District educators, especially those who are newer to the district.
