We are so proud of how the Farm-to-School Program has continued to grow in our district this year! BOCES Food Services has received many requests for recipes incorporating farm fresh foods. In response, BOCES developed some wonderful recipe cards.
These recipes were created based on menu items offered to students on
NY Thursdays. Not only are the main ingredients seasonally available in New York State, but they are delicious! Chenango Valley is grateful to be part of this program!
