On February 14, the Chenango Valley Music Department was happy to hold a brass masterclass featuring Chiz Rider. Mr. Rider is a professional trumpet player who has toured internationally.
During the masterclass, Mr. Rider spoke about methods of good practice and breath support. He also demonstrated different members of the trumpet family, and discussed his life as a traveling musician. Mr. Rider even surprised the students by playing two trumpets at the same time!
