April 2019 BOE Meeting Recognitions
The April 23 Chenango Valley Board of Education meeting included some notable academic and athletic recognitions.

Chenango Valley students who participated in the 2019 SUNY Broome and Eastern Southern Tier STEM Hub Robotics Challenge and RoboRAVE International Robotics Education and Competition event in Oxford were recognized.

The Interact Club was acknowledged for its continuous volunteerism and support provided to the Chenango Valley community. With more than 100 student members, the club was represented by advisor Mrs. Ann-Marie Griffin, president Caleb Schwarz and treasurer Julia Morgan.

Chenango Valley High School students were recognized for showcasing their talents in the Broome County High Schools' 2019 Emerging Artists Competition and Exhibition. Senior Kayla Ferris was also recognized for her participation in the 24-hour drawing marathon at Binghamton University.
