On April 30, Chenango Valley Middle School students received a visit from representatives from Rock on Café and the Food and Health Network for a "New York Thursdays" Farm to School Program taste test. Students were able to try a cabbage corn salad and give feedback on the dish. Their review will help in creating future healthy, locally-produced "NY Thursdays" meals and sides that are well-received by students. This experience also gave students the opportunity to try new local foods.
