NYSATA Portfolio Project Held at CV High School
Eight Chenango Valley High School students participated in this year’s New York State Art Teacher’s Association (NYSATA) Region 4 East Portfolio Project, which was held at Chenango Valley High School on May 14. The project was open to all Region 4 school members.

NYSATA’s Portfolio Project initiative gives students the opportunity to present artwork portfolios to certified NYSATA judges at regional sites. It was created in collaboration with the New York State Education Department, and its assessment is based on New York State Learning Standards.

Students enter in different levels (including elementary, middle, commencement, elective and major sequence), which each have different submission requirements.

Chenango Valley High School is proud of our students who took part in this event and presented their amazing visual art pieces. Seven Chenango Valley students received the highest level of distinguished. Wonderful job to all!
