On June 4, the first annual Warrior Awards athletics ceremony recognized student-athletes for some notable achievements during their 2018-2019 seasons.
Guest speaker Mr. Robert Zanot, a former Chenango Valley coach and teacher, shared a speech entitled “What I Have Learned” to help kick off the event. “Your success will compare to how you do in comparison to your expectations,” Mr. Zanot shared as part of his inspiring message.

- Chenango Valley has qualified as a New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) “School of Excellence.” This means Chenango Valley Athletics had at least 75 percent of varsity teams meet the qualifications to be a NYSPHSAA scholar-athlete team throughout the 2018-19 school year. Each scholar-athlete team was recognized at the ceremony. Way to go, Warriors!
