Third grade students recently read “Balloons over Broadway” by Melissa Sweet. This tells the true story of Tony Sarg and his creations that would become a staple of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. As a STEAM activity, students created their own puppets and performed a quick parade around Chenango Bridge Elementary! Awesome job, Warriors!
