Thank you to Miss Ann for visiting Chenango Valley to share breathing exercises with faculty and staff. Before the school day began on November 22, Miss Ann visited the CV Middle School/High School campus, followed by Port Dickinson Elementary. On November 23, she visited Chenango Bridge Elementary. These relaxation techniques helped to start participants' days on a positive note.
