In addition to building community connections, this kind deed tied into the "Positivity Project" ("P2") initiative of #PositivityInAction and the "P2" character strength of the week from February 7-13... "Love"!
Port Dickinson Elementary students recently created Valentine's Day cards for residents of St. Louise Manor. The cards expressed compassion and care with messages such as "I hope your Valentine's Day is the best!" and sweet personalized drawings for residents of the assisted living facility.

Saint Louise Manor also shared a photo of Barbara, a former Chenango Valley educator, who was overjoyed by the beautiful card she received!
