Thanks to the help of the Chenango Valley Elementary PTA and PARP Committee, author and illustrator Peter H. Reynolds was able to virtually visit our elementary schools!
On January 12, he spoke to students at Chenango Bridge Elementary about creativity and writing, performed a draw along activity, read a book aloud, and answered some of the students’ questions.
Mr. Reynolds also visited Port Dickinson Elementary classes via Zoom on January 13. He encouraged students to not be afraid to express their creativity.
In addition, each classroom will receive a book by Peter Reynolds from the PTA in the near future. Thank you for this awesome opportunity!
