Hello Warriors! We are so excited for another great year of the Positivity Project (or P2 as we like to call it)! Your P2 team this year includes Mrs. Cook, Mrs. Hall, Ms. Jenkins, and Mrs. Mercik. There are 24 character strengths and five (5) mindsets that students will learn about throughout the year. This year we have some new and exciting things happening with P2. Along with watching videos, classes will be challenged to brainstorm how they will show the character strength of the week. Each class has a speech bubble outside of their room to display their answer and for others to see. In addition, teachers and classmates will be on the lookout to see who is demonstrating the character strength of the week. Students will receive a "brag" tag and a P2 certificate. If you see someone with a "brag" tag or if your child comes home with a P2 certificate, ask them how they showed the character strength of the week!
