On November 26, Chenango Valley Middle and High School students had the opportunity to learn about online safety from representatives of the Broome County Sheriff's Office and District Attorney's Office. During two engaging sessions, students explored how law enforcement investigates and addresses online threats, the importance of promptly and directly reporting concerns to officials to help ensure a safe community, and the potential consequences of negative online behavior. These discussions aimed to empower students to make responsible choices and foster a safer digital environment. Thank you to our guest speakers for sharing this important information!
