Subject: Important Information About Your Health Insurance Billing

We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding your health insurance coverage. Enclosed, you will find your health insurance bill for the next six months. Please note that we are only billing for this period because, starting January 1, 2026, we will be offering you the option to switch to a new health insurance plan: the Humana Medicare Advantage Plan.

 

This is the same plan that our retired support staff and administrators are currently enrolled in. It offers the same or better benefits at a significantly lower cost. By transitioning to this plan, you would no longer receive a bill for health insurance. Instead, you would receive a check in the mail representing the net amount of your Medicare reimbursement after it is applied against the much lower insurance premium.

 

We understand that you may have questions, and we want to ensure you have all the information needed to make an informed decision. In the coming months, we will be sending additional details about the Humana Medicare Advantage Plan, as well as scheduling informational meetings where you can learn more and have your questions answered.

 

If you choose to remain on your current plan, you will continue receiving health insurance bills as usual. However, we encourage you to review this opportunity, as it may provide significant savings while maintaining or enhancing your coverage.
