- Catherine's Cupboard - food pantry at St. Francis of Assisi
- "G" Bucci - a 7-year-old Chenango Valley student with NF1, a disease that has caused tumors on her optic nerves and hypothallmus
- Pam Ondrusek - friend of the community & the Dance Connection, who was diagnosed with uterine cancer in 2016
