As a token of gratitude during School Board Recognition Week, a group of elementary students worked on an art project to present to members of the Chenango Valley Board of Education.
Eleven of Mrs. Vesci’s third grade art students worked hard on a printmaking project using apple designs.
At the October 24 Chenango Valley Board of Education meeting, students revealed their creations and each shared why they appreciate their School Board.
Messages included words such as “They make sure all of the buildings are kept nice and run well," and "They help in hiring our amazing teachers and principals."
In addition to their printmaking projects, third grade student Madeline Vesci gave the board members a hand-drawn portrait of the Chenango Valley Board of Education.
The board members were delighted by the entire presentation!
Thank you to our Chenango Valley Board of Education for its continuous hard work and dedication to our schools!
