Eighth grade FACS (family and consumer science) students helped to raise awareness of the importance of recycling by putting on a "trashion" show for fellow middle school students and staff!

Beforehand, students researched issues involved around the process of recycling. They then worked in teams to brainstorm creative ways to repurpose and reuse recyclable materials by turning them into fashionable garments.Students also made signs with facts about recycling.

Great job on your hard work and creative designs, FACS students!
