Annual Professional Performance Review (APPR): Chenango Valley is currently in negotiations with the Chenango Valley Teachers’ Association (CVTA) and the Chenango Valley Administrators’ Association (CVAA) to formalize and approve the performance plan for teachers and building administrators. Discussion with the CVTA has been time consuming, but productive. A tentative agreement is hoped to be in place by September. For the CVAA discussion, the discussion is in the initial stages and a September deadline is anticipated. |
